Funny story. So when we were hauling over the books from our car, we only had one dolly to move 33 or so boxes. It could only fit about three or four boxes at most per trip and it was just taking too long. So I improvised. I found an abandoned baby stroller in the parking lot, stacked as many I could and toted around our brain baby as carefully as  I could. Unfortunately I didn’t take enough photographic proof that I didn’t do this alone so I want to take this time to thank my friends, Paul, Kelsey, Emma, Anton, Monica and my other Emma for helping me move around stuff, packing everything, and just dealing with me throughout all of this.

With this beautiful picture of my friend Paul cooing at our books and with me looking like a horrified mother, I am thrilled to say… this is it! We’re done!

It’s been a lot of error and trial run as I’ve never done anything remotely to this scale before. I’m grateful that the artists involved, WAS be involved to make something so amazing. I also want to thank everyone for their patience and generosity when it came to this project. I mailed out everything to the backers today, so you should have either have gotten it (most of the people who replied to my messages early) or should get it by the end of the month or early next month.

There were about four people who never replied to the surveys or my messages. Those four people should get back to me asap as the books wait alone waiting for their owner to call up on them. If no replies are made by end of November 2013, I will take that as you simply made a generous donation 8).

And for those who have yet gotten their commissions (most of them would have been sent digitally through an email) please send me a message on kickstarter.

Unless there’s something pertinent that I cannot accomplish with private messaging on KS, I won’t be posting updates there anymore. I may continue to post here on our tumblr for potential book sale (assuming there is anything left) or any major projects that the contributing artists become involved with. Feel free to follow our artists’ tumblrs directly or on other art community for more accurate information.

Again thank you for letting me know things got back safely or giving me tips and all around kind words about the project back to me. I read each and everyone and I appreciate them all. Thanks again for all your support and hope you’ll be part of our next endeavors. See you!
